Allah came down and got closer to Hazrat Mohammad SAW with the distance of two bows or less has been clearly narrated by Hazrat Anas bin Maalik R.A. The Hadees has been narrated in Sahih Bukhari Chapter 30 Kitab-ut-Tauheed. (It is a along Hadees of which I am reproducing the relevant portion. Muslim Saleem – February 24, 2013).
